Marketing Project Manager

Who you are:
You are a master project manager and you’re known for your immaculate attention to detail and curiosity. You have a proven history of analyzing data to identify areas of opportunity and executing experiments in highly cross-functional environments, and you have an ownership mentality. You love connecting with people (virtually or in person) and care deeply about the personal experience.
What you’ll do:
- Design and assemble innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns that bring to life the value of the Small Giants Community
- Analyze content data, persona information, and content journey maps to determine which content is needed and recommend strategies to make it more effective
- Drive customer acquisition through outbound marketing activities by personally engaging with early leads (calling, emailing, and connecting live)
- Understand the target customer and work within marketing and sales efforts to hit relevant customer pain points and deliver business value
- Set up tracking to measure effectiveness of conversations and campaigns
- Consistently iterate and improve on marketing programs through analysis and program optimization
- Assist with on-the-ground programming by helping to organize an annual conference, leadership training programs and virtual events

LIFT Scholarship Program Manager

The Small Giants Community is hiring! We’re a small, high-performing team working hard to grow the Small Giants Community, an organization committed to identifying, connecting, and developing purpose-driven business leaders. Our network spans more than 7,000 leaders — and we have an inspiring vision in place to connect with even more values-first organizations as we grow.
The LIFT Scholarship program (Leaders for Inclusion, Fairness and Transparency) is a new initiative that will fund enrollment in our Small Giants Leadership Academy for business leaders in underserved communities, where many business owners of color don’t have access to or are not able to afford the Leadership Academy, our one-year leadership training program. We’re looking to hire a new team member to help lead the efforts in building and launching LIFT.
We’re dreaming big with this program, and we’re looking for an ambitious, purpose-driven project manager who is up for the challenge of building something from the ground up and collaborating with aligned stakeholders to make a positive impact on the business world. Who you are:

You get excited about new initiatives and you’ve got the right skillset to own building and launching a successful program.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships to recruit aligned candidates from underrepresented and underserved communities to participate in the LIFT Scholarship program
- Serve as the main point of contact for scholarship recipients as they onboard into the program and provide ongoing support throughout their experience and as alumni
- Assist with curation of Leadership Academy and LIFT content, the selection of facilitators and program coordination
- Collaborate with the team to identify and execute marketing activities by personally engaging with early leads (calling, emailing, and connecting live)
- Set up tracking to measure effectiveness of conversations and marketing campaigns and continually optimize
- Assist with on-the-ground programming by helping to organize an annual conference, leadership training programs and virtual events
- Support other Small Giants programs and initiatives as needed

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience with nonprofit organizations and/or entrepreneurial environments
- Demonstrated success in project management
- Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers and community leaders
