Before the Summit officially begins, Rob Dube will host a SHINE Workshop.

In this dynamic presentation, you'll discover 10 powerful disciplines designed to help you manage your energy more effectively as a leader in the company. The talk will move into discovering elements of your nature that will strengthen your self-awareness on a new level. You'll leave equipped to better manage your drive, make more authentic decisions, and experience success with a deep sense of peace.

This session is not included in General Admission to the Summit. A separate ticket must be purchased to attend.

Paul Spiegelman, Co-Founder of Small Giants Community, and Hamsa Yaqo, former Executive Director, have been bringing their new project, Kintsugi Village, to life. Join them on a tour of the non-profit's vibrant campus to experience something that’s a little bit Detroit, a little bit Small Giants, and a whole lot of care.

This tour is optional and free, but registration is required.
