You've built something worth protecting. A business with real values, a team that cares, and a culture worth fighting for.
Alongside six core teaching modules, the Small Giants Journey takes senior leaders behind the scenes of the world's best values-driven companies to see how they run their culture, finances, and people without losing what makes them great.
Over three years, senior leaders will gain the external exposure, peer network, and practical frameworks to lead with confidence, grow with purpose, and build a business that lasts.

The Journey is designed for founders, CEOs, and senior leaders of values-driven businesses. People who put their people first, believe in the transformative power of great culture, and want to build something that lasts. The Journey is for leaders serious about growing with purpose.
We recommend that two people from each company participate. A founder/CEO and a senior integrator/COO would make a great team to embark on the Journey experience.
Because lasting change takes longer than a weekend.
The Small Giants Journey is built around institutionalized practices and sustainable results, not quick-fix motivation that fades. Three years gives leaders the time to learn, implement, reflect, and refine, so the changes stick long after the program ends.
The Journey begins with a thorough assessment of your business: where it is today, where it's headed, and what you and your leaders need to get it there. This shapes everything that follows.
From there, participants are onboarded at Basecamp, a Community-led orientation where they meet their cohort, understand what to expect, and get everything they need for a successful Journey.
Over three years, participants complete six two-day excursions. Each is dedicated to a core principle foundational to successful Small Giants businesses and anchored in a behind-the-scenes visit to a company that has already mastered it. They'll learn from Community Masters (subject-matter experts who have been where you're going) and leave with concrete action steps to implement back at the business.
The six principles are: Purpose, Leadership, Culture, Finances, Customers & Suppliers, and Community.
The Small Giants designation, earned at the end of the three-year Journey, becomes part of your internal and external brand, attracting top talent and differentiating your company from competitors.
Our next cohort commences in June.
