Mainstage Presentations
Be inspired by Small Giants leaders sharing their stories and best practices for building exceptional company cultures.
All of us experience life through a series of transitions, which could range from life stages (childhood, teenage years, adulthood,) to event based transitions, like weddings, children or retirement. In our professional lives, we experience transitions as well, from job changes, career pivots, or as in the case of many Small Giants leaders, a move to entrepreneurship or the transition to a leadership role. Some of these transitions work smoothly, while others are fraught with struggle and fear.
We’ve chosen Transitions as the theme for the 2023 Small Giants Community Summit because now more than ever is a time of collective transition. Some have occurred because people have used the time during the pandemic to reevaluate their lives and careers. Others have happened because a business owner has made the decision to transfer key responsibilities to the next generation. And others have popped up involuntarily as in the case of a business merger or acquisition. This Summit, we plan to hear the stories and celebrate the courage and ingenuity of Small Giants leaders who have gone through personal and professional transitions and use their lessons learned for both inspiration and preparation for our own lives.
The Small Giants Community Summit relies on inspiring speakers and compelling storytellers to make the event worthwhile. Check out the start of our speaker lineup.
The Small Giants Community Summit is unlike any other business conference. We celebrate leaders for their authenticity and vulnerability. And our goal is for every attendee to walk away with new friends, practical tools to take back to their organization, and a reenergized sense of purpose. Here’s what a typical Summit schedule looks like:
