Share Your Expertise with the Small Giants Community

Are you a purpose-driven, forward-thinking practitioner and you have something to say? We’d love to hear your story.

We’re a community of stories

The Small Giants Community is made up of an array of people from different backgrounds, industries, and in different places in their journeys. We love to hear each individual’s stories, and there are some community members that have learned enough along the way to share their hard-earned wisdom. Read through our checklist to see what we look for in a contributor, and if you tick most of the boxes, we’d love to hear from you!

The Summit Speaker Checklist

  • You’re a practitioner

What’s a practitioner, you may ask? It’s somebody who is actively involved in their industry and who leads a company or team of employees. We look for entrepreneurs, CEOs, managers, and the like.

  • You’re a Small Giant

You understand and subscribe to the Small Giants business philosophy. In other words, you’re a purpose-driven leader who prioritizes people, purpose and culture.

  • You have something to say

A good story is all about the angle. Do you have an emotional, inspiring journey to regale? Does your business tackle a certain issue with a fresh perspective? Did you take an unconventional path to achieve success? And does it relate to our Summit theme, Transitions? We’re listening!

  • You want to be a part of the Summit

You see the benefit in being at the Summit – both on stage and off stage. We prefer that all speakers not only share their expertise on stage, but also attend as an engaged participant. So, mark May 2-4, 2023 in your calendar!

  • You’re open to donating your time

The Small Giants Community is an L3C organization (a hybrid between a for-profit and not-for-profit) and we don’t pay contributors or speakers. We know this doesn’t work for everyone, so we like to be transparent upfront. If you’re a professional speaker or a coach and are open to donating your time to the Community, we’d love to chat with you further.

  • You’re open to some rehearsals

When it comes to speaking and facilitating at the Small Giants Community Summit, we hold prep sessions with even the most experienced speakers to ensure quality content and philosophical alignment with the values of Small Giants leaders.

  • You don’t sell

You can adhere to our strict no-selling rule. If you don’t, some tomatoes might fly at you on stage – you’ve been warned.

There are Perks, Too!

  • You get to attend the Small Giants Community Summit for free.

  • You’ll share your story or process with a group of supportive and curious, like-hearted leaders.

  • It’s a collaboration! You’ll have several touch points with the Small Giants team prior to the Summit to make sure your session is set up for success with our audience.
