Small Giants Virtual Events

For purpose-driven business owners, planning an eventual transition isn’t simply a financial decision. It’s also a question of legacy: What happens to your people, your culture, and the company you’ve worked so hard to build?

Join the Small Giants Community for a conversation with Zoe Schlag, Founder and CEO of Common Trust, an organization helping business owners explore and transition to Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs). Together, we’ll dig into the realities of today’s business transition landscape, including how many owners are preparing to sell, how few have a clear exit strategy, and what actually happens to businesses that go to market.

During this session, we’ll explore:

• Hard market facts in today’s landscape

• Traditional transition option vs. the EOT model and beyond

• The merits to considering an EOT for your business

• Cultural practices that can help the operations of your business even before you’re ready to transition

Come ready to learn, ask questions, and think differently about what it could mean to exit your business with intention.

Join us for a virtual Town Hall with Jean Moncrieff, Head of Community and Purpose, as we continue shaping what’s next for the Small Giants Community.
