Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Small Giants Community as a Full-Time Program Director. In this role, in collaboration with the executive director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various programs including the Summit, Leadership Academy, Sounding Board, content development, and our marketing efforts. You’ll also be responsible for cultivating relationships and managing a team. You will play a vital role in shaping and driving the organization’s mission to foster values-driven leadership and promote a community of purpose-driven businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute the annual Small Giants Summit, a flagship event that brings together leaders from purpose-driven organizations nationally and some internationally.
- Collaborate with the team to develop the Summit program, identify and invite speakers, and plan logistics.
- Manage the budget, registration process, and attendee experience to ensure an impactful and heart-felt experience.
- Oversee the Small Giants Leadership Academy, a program designed to cultivate and develop emerging leaders within the Small Giants Community.
- Manage the curriculum, identify faculty members, and oversee the selection process for participants.
- Ensure a seamless execution of the program and provide ongoing support and guidance to the participants.
- Support the recruitment of mentors and mentees for Sounding Board, a mentorship program.
- Collaborate with the Small Giants team to curate high-quality content that aligns with the organization’s mission and values.
- Support the development of educational resources, blog posts, virtual events, podcasts and thought leadership pieces to share with the Small Giants Community and beyond.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure the content is relevant, engaging, and impactful.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness of the Small Giants Community and its programs.
- Utilize various channels such as social media, email marketing, partnerships, and industry collaborations to reach the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
