The Small Giants Community is a community for purpose-driven leaders who want to share stories of incredible businesses and learn new practices and systems to implement in their own organizations.
The Small Giants Community was born out of the book Small Giants by Bo Burlingham. In Bo’s book, he explores the cultures of fourteen different companies and noticed they all had a shared set of qualities. All of these companies had a vision, values, a mission statement, and were led by servant leaders. They all cared for their employees in the totality of their lives, protected their bottom lines, and built strong relationships with stakeholders and within their communities.
There are no membership dues in the Small Giants Community — all are welcome to learn from the resources we share. To get involved even more, we have additional paid programs for Next Gen Leaders (those who aren’t founders but are helping shape the organization) as well as founders and CEOs.

We’re looking for someone to add value to our team with their own unique skills, motivations, and experience. This person has to be flexible and able to manage their own workload deftly while also being incredibly team-oriented.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Small Giants Community as a Full-Time Program Director. In this role, in collaboration with the executive director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various programs including the Summit, Leadership Academy, Sounding Board, content development, and our marketing efforts. You’ll also be responsible for cultivating relationships and managing a team. You will play a vital role in shaping and driving the organization’s mission to foster values-driven leadership and promote a community of purpose-driven businesses.
